The built area will be approximately 11,000 m2, divided into 2 floors above ground with where there will be 126 units of residence inserted in a complex of clinical and hotel services, with garden, swimming pool, restaurant, etc and an underground floor for garage and technical areas. This project has already been approved by the Lagos City Council in Request for Prior Information.

The 126 units for assisted living will have 2 typologies, studio and 1 bedroom, each with an area of over 36 m2; with 2 beds and prepared for all degree of disability of its users.

The business model focuses on a profile of users with purchasing power, being able to use the facilities in the form of a stay of variable duration or by the acquisition of the respective unit.

This project is expected to create 100 jobs, all licensing and project studies are included.
