Water comes from a private borehole (150m deep), which produces about 6000 L/H. Whilst not suitable for drinking, it is perfectly suitable for all other houesehold requirements. 

The property is about 1.5km off the main road, along a well-maintained, dirt road. Whilst there are no immediate neighbours, there are a good number of houses in the near vicinity.
