A wonderful working vineyard consisting of approximately 4 hectares of land overlooking the medieval city of Obidos with the Atlantic view of Foz do Arelho.
It is characterized almost exclusively by grapes cultivations (over 3 Hectares), 85% of which are represented by Red Varieties (Touriga National, Tinta Roriz,Shiraz) and the rest by White Varieties (Alvarinho,Greco).
One hectar is cultivated with olive trees,fruit trees and garden.
The property is divided into 4 separate lots. Three of them are very close one another (within the distance of 100 meters);these are represented by Lots A,B,C.
The 4th lot includes the house of the guardian,the warehouse,the offices and the Kitchenette and is 500 meters far from the others.
SIZE OF THE LOTS
LOT A (where the Main House ,the Garage, the Wine House and a Warehouse are located) is 9300 square meters.Main house is built over 3 floors and has 15 rooms plus accessories.
LOT B (vineyard only) is 8000 square meters.
LOT C (where an old house requiring major restructuring  and a warehouse are located) is 16000 square meters.
LOT D (where the new house of the guardian, the Offices,the major Warehouse are located) is 10000 square meters.

Over the last decade Le Maremme has become a high quality wine producer, with 3 hectars in full production.
Production ranges from 16000 to 20000 liters per year.
