We are pleased to present this magnificent villa in the Quinta do Peru condominium. It was built in recent years and its modern style maintains a high energy rating.

The house has a large spacious feel and overlooks a lake and a golf course within the resort.
It consists of 3 levels, a large mezzanine living room with views over the garden and lake and to the distant golf course. The ceiling reaches 7 metres in the living space. This brings you to a huge lounge area where you can enjoy it as a play space and for a cinematic experience. There is a kitchen and dining area next to the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with Smeg & Siemens appliances and includes a beautiful kitchen island.

There are four en-suite bedrooms on the middle level and one en-suite bedroom on the lower level. The top level consists of more living space with a guest bathroom. There also exists a gym room and a comfortable home office. Underfloor heating & air-conditioning exists throughout the villa. There is a secured garage and CCTV in and around the villa, home automation, solar panels and a central vacuum cleaning system.

All levels maintain an excellent view of the lake and all are filled with light.
There is a large, landscaped garden and a large, heated infinity pool that blends in with the lake.

Quinta do Peru started 30 years ago and is only 30 minutes from Lisbon centre & Lisbon airport via a choice of 2 bridges. It has elegant tree-lined roads around the resort and contains many natural scenic walking and cycling tracks. Privacy and tranquillity are prominent. There is a 24-hour security gate for all entries and there is a patrol within the resort of almost 300 properties. Many different nationalities live here.

Technical support can be arranged quickly by the condo service. The golf course resort includes the Quinta do Peru Golf & Country Club which consistently maintains itself in the top 15 in Portugal which is a telling reflection of its quality. Many beaches are nearby such as the well-known beach Portinho da Arrabida. Azeitão is less than 10 minutes away by car.
