These villas are located in a unique natural compound with several common areas such as a swimming pool with a large lawn area, a small soccer field, an indoor games/activities space, etc, at the doorstep of Gerês National Park. 

Each property has 250 to 500 m2 of private plot (besides the common areas which are co-owned), and all villas have additional storage rooms and barbecues in an annexe outside the housing space. The location is premium as the outdoor patios have great views and direct access to the swimming pool.

This is the last unit available.  It's comprised of a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), parking space and outdoor patio with storage room and barbecue. The villas have wooden floors in the living room and bedrooms.
