I am a native of England and have a background working for blue-chip multinational companies in the procurement field. Much of my career has been spent living in and working in Asia, with the majority of the time in China where I used the opportunity to learn Mandarin and to understand the cultural nuances there. Using that experience I have recently co-authored a book on China with Steve Mosher. Steve has previously served as the Director of the Claremont Institute's Asian Study Center, as well as Commissioner of the US Commission on Broadcasting.
As well as my work for PortugalProperty.com I am following up with my academic interest in China.
What do you like most about Portugal?
The beautiful coastline and the sunny weather are the two main things I like about Portugal. I love being outdoors and it is so much nicer in a warm, sunny climate, with beautiful views and fresh sea air. I also love sea food of which Portugal offers an abundance of.
Why do you like working for Portugalproperty.com?
On returning to Europe from Washington, USA I joined PortugalProperty.com as the Head of Marketing for China.
What I really like about working for Portugalproperty.com is the trust and faith the company puts in you to meet your job requirements. I know PortugalProperty.com is the largest, most ethical Real Estate agent operating in Portugal. Their service is excellent, and compared to many other companies they are focussed only on the Portuguese real estate market. It is a pleasure to introduce the company to what I know will be many satisfied Chinese customers.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I’m not working I love to spend time with my fiancée or indulge in my hobbies. As well as my academic interest in China, I also write Science Fiction and spend as much time outdoors as possible walking, sailing, horse riding or skiing.
